holistic health, my journey is a testament to reinvention. After a vibrant 40-year career in dance
and event production, I faced debilitating health challenges in my 60’s that became
my catalyst for transformation.

Today, I’m passionate about sharing the power of holistic living with fellow seniors. 
Through InVigorAging, I offer a treasure trove of wellness wisdom—from nutrition and natural 
remedies to mindful movement and cognitive health. Now at the age of 74 years young,
my own success in becoming both pain-free and medication-free fuels this mission.
